"Staff was nice but hard to find, no elevator so had to drags bags up 2 flights of stairs"

Rooms were accessible by going inside. Also we arrived earlier than expected and our room was ready with no problems

Only negative thing was the beds. Could definitely use better mattress.

The room was quite large, clean. Seemed like safe area for family.

Hotel was a bit aged. Needs simple face repairs done.

"Traveling to Gatlinburgh stopped for the night."

Location our room was clean, all items stocked, price was good

Animals allowed wouldn’t normally be a problem but dog barked keeping me awake then when outside after midnight the dog continued to bark. People gathering in parking area after midnight and then people not staying at hotel wondering through parking lot.
