"I really enjoyed it, affordable, could use some work but comfortable and decent for the price."

It was quiet for so many pets on property. Everyone was nice!

The halls and stairs need vacuumed more regularly if so many pets are going to be on property. The dog hair is insane. The room was clean, everywhere else, not so much.

Location

Smelled like wet dogs, no soap, no shower gel. Some outlets didn’t work and only 2 towels and wash clothes when we had 4 people staying.

The price point and location is great. Unfortunately, it is pet friendly, too pet friendly facility. We walked upstairs to our room and the hallway wreaked of animal urine and cigarette smoke. I let the front desk know twice and it does not appear they made any attempt to remedy the situation. The room was clean and adequate as we only needed a clean safe space to sleep while running around. Needless to say, we won’t be staying there again and book a neighboring, hopefully, better maintained hotel. As info, it was a UT home game weekend else I woulda left and not stayed at all.

Very VERY bare bones - not the cleanest…old place, threadbare towels, hard mattress and old pillows. The good news: semi drinkable coffee on the house each morning.
