Front desk staff were efficient and friendly

We were put in the handicap room which was terribly inconvenient and would have been for both able and handicap people. The shower requires that you step over a 10 inch tall lip and then down into a deeply inset shower. Then, the shower head comes to about 5 feet tall. It only could have been used properly by someone sitting, which would have required that person brining a shower chair with them. I think if it were a proper ADA room it wouldn’t have been so awkward but I wouldn’t recommend. Because the shower is so cumbersome, it isn’t well cleaned; the grout looks very dirty. The property as a whole was in fair to run down condition. I wish we had paid slightly more and stayed elsewhere.

We check in and got a room 103 and we went there we saw the door open and we check the room it was dirty hair all over the bad and pillows on the floor called the receptionist and didn’t answer had to go back to the front with her and tell her she gave us another room 230 and we went there and there was a person already in the room I open the door poor man he was scared and I felt so sorry, we went back and told her and she gave us another room with two queen beds, the receptionist was very understandable and very nice to us, but the system off the hotel is really horrible like how doesn’t it not appear which room are occupied and it takes time to do it, we usually stay here but am so upset of this issue

"Enough for a quick overnight stay."

We missed the breakfast but we were still given a grab and go when we checked out.

The floor is a little sticky in our room.
