Bunbury Fruit Ranch B&B

Nice location, close to convenience stores and restaurants, good base for the mountains. The room was very spacious. The buffet breakfast is very basic, but OK. Don't expect any luxury.

Hot water only arrived after running the water for several minutes. The first morning we didn't get hot water at all; don't know if there was none or we just did not wait long enough.

早餐有很豐富，櫃檯人員親切，四人房房間很大，原本看評論擔心清潔度但是實際入住正常，床上有附電熱毯很溫暖，有附車位，旁邊就是紙箱王、小農市集，青青草原等景點也在附近，價格很親民，附近很多餐廳可選擇。

the small balcony has a great view! you can see the sunrise from the window. we also liked the bathroom because was huge and has a bathtub. breakfast (buffet) was also included in the fee! i think it really has a good value for money!

the way to where the rooms were, are too steep so if it's rainy it might be too slippery. Also, the main door is not really secured (there's only a loose chain lock and a door knob). hope they can improve the security of their rooms next time!

年代久遠的房子，上山真的冷，睡起來更冷，熱水的溫度是足夠的，睡起來可以再去沖澡一次，整潔度很一般，有發現小小強在棉被上，隔音設備，非常不良，只住一晚，勉勉強強😁
