Asher the receptionist was very friendly and helpful

The location & views from every room of the coastline were spectacular! Absolutely the best location & perspective to enjoy the view with multiple balconies from different rooms. The pools & gardens attached to, and throughout the ground were very clean & well cared for. Our room had very comfortable beds but the other furniture was a little dated and shabby. The TV was 'smart' but didn't have an internet connection so of limited value. We were also expecting a DVD player... Overall, I would stay there again with family but not with fussy friends.

Staff friendly and very helpful, amenities need to be upgraded as starting to look aged. Windows were difficult to wind open, that sort of thing, just needs a bit more love and care. No smoke alarms which is troubling, was taken off wall. This sort of thing should be checked regularly. Would definatley stay again as great location, staff, view etc, was lovely and thank you Breakfree Moroccan.

No shortage of nearby, accessible food options. Beds comfortable but could be cleaner..

Proximity to the beach and central Gold coast. That is the only good thing going for this place.

No information about car parking provided upfront. Room price exorbitant. No on-site restaurant or breakfast Feels like a dated air bnb where the owners do the barest minimum possible. Even had to collect a separate WiFi router from reception to enable WiFi! Zero attempt at hospitality or service. The kind of place where you feel like they will charge you extra if you request another toilet roll. Facilities are dated and chipping. Stuck in the 90s Very disappointing for the price paid.

Close to everything, large apartment, clean and staff were excellent
