Not allocate rooms of choice by their own . Allocated only after arguments . Furniture was old making unpleasant noise .

On complaining about the room, the staff were prompt in changing the rooms to other similarly available rooms and were helpful. Spa services were good. Food at the restaurant was decent on most days. Swimming pool was clean, Radhanagar beach was a 10 minute walk

Garden view rooms on ground floor were very dirty and bathrooms had broken fixtures - pool side rooms were better but noisy because of loud music. Gala dinner on xmas eve (made mandatory by hotel) was like a circus with lots of people but very average food.

Location is near the Radhanagar beach but not on the beach

Service is slow

The property was very comfortable and cozy. The pool was relaxing the restaurant and bar was very good. There was good variety of food to try and the staff is also very courteous. The hammocks and relax zones in the hotel is very inviting.

The only main drawback is the distance and the mode of transport to and from the main jetty point. The cabs are expensive - takes about 1000-1200 round trip to get to all the restaurants, jetty, market etc. Around the hotel there are very few options - just the Taj next door and the beach that shuts down after sunset.

Peaceful and value for money ,truly 4star I stayed with my family we all like the property and hospitality
