The hotel was nasty. My husband killed numerous roaches, there was no cover on the HVAC unit. Room smelt like sewage.
Heating in the cold weather was always at a good temperature all staff was talkative and friendly and the local made it easy to get any supplies that i may have missed to bring with me.

The towels were grey. The walls were coated in grime.
I had to call front desk 3 times to get toilet paper room dirty didn’t pick up dirty towels or make bed or leave clean towels

The bath tub/ shower was nasty. The bath ceiling had a hole in it and water stain from a leak. The phone was dirty. And the breakfast was not appetizing. The room smelled bad when we got there. We should have gone to another hotel but was short on time as we had a wedding to attend and got back late. Just don’t stay there!!!
Bathrooms were dirty, beds were hard without a pillow top cover, sheets and blankets were thin and rough, there were too many people coming in and out the hotel who were loud, marijuana smoke fumed from the rooms on the floor. Breakfast was oatmeal, pancakes, small muffins and toast. No meat, eggs, or anything hot for breakfast. Only juice and coffee, no water. No elevator, just stairs, 2 floors only. Great location. Close to a lot of places.
They have good staff , but hotel was not clean and needs to be upgraded.
Great customer service and very nice rooms. I absolutely love the front desk agent who checked me in!
