The staff was very friendly and helpful. A perfect place to stay if you need just a bed and a shower. Unfortunately the hot tub and pool did not appear kept up. We were always out exploring and the hotel met our needs.

Nothing at all.

It was dirty, shit and piss on the walls. It was cataract infested and all they were willing to do was switch me rooms. Never again.

That I was blessed to have a place to sleep. And staff didn't act like I was talking crazy when I expressed my disappointment but put an effort to do what they could.

The uncleanliness of the property and the other guests that had no care of anyone elses stay

We selected this hotel for the continental breakfast announced on Expedia with a nice picture. There was no such thing, not even a cafe. Disappointing.

That bathroom needs to be gutted. The shower rod is falling down, the toilet takes 3 flushes to be clean, the door has a poorly patched hole, the furniture is ancient.
