Econo Lodge West - Coors Blvd

Upon arrival we were not greeted after we were done paying for the room they needed a $50 deposit which was expected after getting into the room we found out that there was no heater the room was still taped up with duct tape because we found out that somebody was killed in that room recently the guys still was logged into his Netflix and the room contaminated due t o the previous drug use but still decided to rent the room out and unfortunately it was to us that was a two queen bedroom that only had three pillows very small there was no towels there was no toiletries room still sell like cigarettes as well even though it's a non-smoking hotel we called and complained they did not move us and then when they came to check the room decided to blame us for the damages kicked us out and kept my deposit this place is trash the people are unprofessional and they have the entire hotel filled with people doing drugs and traffic in and out it is scary and they do little to no protection no security and if there is they suck these people just want get as much money as possible for me and provide a horrible stay

Rooms directly off of the pool, pool facility in general.

Very dirty. I had to use my own cleaning supplies to clean the hotel. There were roaches coming from a drawer under the tv. Talked to the office and they moved us to another room. It was nice until roaches again. Used lysol and fabuloso to clean everything. The microwave smelled of smoke when turned on and there was no bulb lighting up inside so ofc it was broken yet the apparent manager still tried to ask if it warmed up the food. When a microwave is literally smelling of smoke when turned off its obvious you shouldnt use it. Then when calling youre constantly put on hold then they hang up and ignore requests. Always "ill be right with you" or "ill go check in a bit" but nope! Horrible horrible place. This is my 3rd time coming and it was never this bad. Maybe a roach or two here and there but not a whole infestation!

The rooms looks good but only superficial, the bathroom it was not clean to me, the flooring it was dirty, the others guests were loud until midnight, there's a lot ofhomeless people around the hotel,

Clean hotel. Clean rooms. I would stay here again

Overall it was very disgusting to stay there is had a smell. The trash’s from outside where full and trash everywhere. The people staying there where very loud and disturbing to people trying to sleep.

Room was not well maintain

Dirty area and also room had bugs on the window ceil very dark and smelled very awful.
