Outdated and needs to be painted inside and out, cleaned.. carpets in rooms are dark and dingy... parking lot was clean and easily accessible, convenient location to Walmart, Dollar Tree and food, clean linen but not sure the coverall on the bed when the last time it was washed.

Paint the building and doors, clean the carpets, cheap toilet paper, safely latch on door in my room couldn't close completely.
