The receptionist are unable to help with lodging issues and give the worst attitude. Manager is unresponsive and unhelpful. The price didn’t match the quality. Location was tucked away. Terrible breakfast selection and filthy rooms.
USThe refrigerator was half-in/half-out of the cabinet apparently being defrosted as there was a towel inside the refrigerator and a towel on the floor in front of the refrigerator. The view out of the window was of a derelict A/C compressor stashed behind bushes.
USI thought the room was nice. I liked the mirror with the light on it. That was helpful when getting ready for the wedding I was attending. The bed was comfortable to me. It had a small fridge and microwave. Everything was working as expected.
The AC in the room made this horrendous whining noise. I forgot my ear plugs, and I could barely sleep because of it. The floor was dirty. I was walking around barefoot in the room and picked up all kinds of dirt from the floor. I had to start wiping my feet off because I was bringing it into the bed. Even though I thought the bed was comfortable, my husband didn't. He said he didn't sleep well. I think it would probably be a good idea to put a non-slip shower mat in the bottom of the tub. Even though I didn't slip, I was worried about my aging mother who was staying in another room because the tub didn't have the textured floor. Our stay was fine, but seemed a bit overpriced for what we got, and I don't think it was a 4 out of 5 star hotel (which is the reason why I picked it to begin with).
