Not satisfied our room was not clean the towels had stains on them TV not working phone in room not working no hot water to shower I wasn’t satisfied at all their app showed different it must of been when they first open won’t be staying there ever again

Fairness price of being close to the casino. That was satisfying.

The room were tacky. Mirror not clean. Tub stop-up (plumping was really bad. Floor boards where coming a lose, if the room had been flooded. The rooms were no good at all. I could say more, etc... This particular Quality Inn in Kinder LA, needs much more renovations, especially the plumbing and the flooring in the rooms.
