That they were unwilling to listen to or work with anything I tried to communicate to them about how booking’s website messed up my reservation so I ended up having to pay for three nights, even though I only stayed too

Staff was friendly. I liked the spacious shower.

I think it's time to update the carpet throughout. It had a smell to it. On the wall next to the window we blood smears that should have been cleaned before we got there.
