Excellent Value, good location, comfortable room and beautiful grounds, room was very spacious.

Wifi kept failing, there was a smell of smoke in the room which came from the owners burning materials outside, the toilet hadn't been cleaned from the previous occupants (bin had a used tampon), very aggressive dogs 🐶 which was very intimidating.

The location is very central, you can walk. inside there is parking for bikes and a shared kitchen. I liked the table with sockets in the yard for work

The room was dark and smelled strange inside.
