The location was idea

I was charged twice still trying to get that taken care of.

Loved the water pressure,

Could hear what was going on in adjoining room.

I was told at check-in that I had to pay $100.00 in cash upon check-in. I immediately cancelled the reservation. I have never been asked to pay cash and did not feel comfortable with the situation.

Breakfast was ok, loved the coffee.

there was no fruit .

I accidentally booked a smoking room, it smelled bad and was dirty, and when I went in on the wall was a cockroach! I went back to the main desk and turned in my key, I wasn’t able to get my money back either!

The rooms look nothing like the pictures on line. When we got to our room the air conditioner was not cooling well. So we left for a little while came back water from the air conditioner was leaking all over the floor. I went to the office and they changed our room. The next morning got up to take a shower the shower head leaked so bad that it soaked the whole bathroom. I went back to the office and they gave me a key to the room where I was at first and said shower there and they would get someone to look at it later. If I was the president of hotels. Com this hotel would not be on my site.
