La toilet était toujours bouchée, la tv n'avait pas de port hdmi.

We did not stay at this hotel. The first room had water on the bathroom floor because the toilet was leaking upon our arrival. The second room we were given has remnants of cigarettes. We asked for a cancellation/refund but were denied since it was booked through a 3rd party.

Very dirty lot of trash thrown on the floor smoking and drinking every where no proper maintenance

The room is not too shabby for me. Rather nice room for my taste.

I booked here several times for academic travels. The first time I booked, I got a room with both a fridge and a microwave. The next 2 times, there were no microwave or freidge respectively. This time, there was neither. Several power sockets were broken too. $100/night is the price of a top-tier hotel in Shanghai near-downtown. And in Ohio I got this. God bless you

Location is excellent

There is no closet

The location was super convenient to the fairgrounds

The amenities were very outdated, the bathroom was not very clean. It was pricey for what it was

There was a McDonald’s next door

The room was dirty, the toilet was used when we got into the room. The sheets were stained and dirty there was stuff from previous people on the floor like tissues and hair ties. When I went to call upfront the phone did not work. When I went personally to talk to someone no one was at the desk.
