A True Gem – Unforgettable Stay! This was hands-down one of the absolute highlights of our entire trip. From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were flawless—beautifully designed, immaculately maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The views were simply breathtaking—like something out of a postcard. What truly elevates this place to another level, though, are the mother and daughter team/owners. Francesca was amazing. Warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, she made our stay completely stress-free. No request was too small, and her hospitality made us feel instantly at home. One of the most memorable moments of our trip was when they prepared a delicious, homemade dinner for us after a long day of exploring—it was both delicious, thoughtful and unforgettable. The grounds are stunning and meticulously cared for, and our room was spacious, serene, and filled with thoughtful touches that showed just how much care and attention goes into every detail. We felt not just like guests, but like part of something truly special. This is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience, and one we can’t wait to relive again.

Even before we arrived, their communication via Expedia was great. When we arrived, we were greeted with such hospitality you can not teach. They made us feel at home and made us feel like family. The villa and grounds are amazing. The 12 foot high ceilings make it feel more grand. The breakfast was great. They will even cook dinner for you upon request. Nothing better than an Italian home cooked meal. The views of the lake most likely rival any other hotel. There are only 4 rooms in this villa which makes it more intimate. We felt safe and secure. I would highly recommend this place of beauty.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Villa Constanza for our wedding, and it was an experience we will cherish forever. From the moment we arrived, we were cared for by Francesca and Donatella as if we were part of their own family. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made all the difference. They went above and beyond in every way, organising restaurant bookings, arranging transport transfers, and always being one step ahead of our needs. One moment that truly stood out was when we were unexpectedly stranded in Como after a tour, due to the road being blocked back to Blevio. Without hesitation, Donatella and Francesca stepped in and arranged a boat to bring us back. It’s gestures like these that define exceptional hospitality. Villa Constanza offers more than just beautiful accommodation—it offers a true Italian experience, filled with kindness, care, and unforgettable moments. We are forever grateful to Francesca and Donatella for making our wedding stay memorable and one we will never forget.

The house/property is absolutely beautiful and overlooks the lake from the well appointed rooms. Situated just outside the main centre of Como there is a bus stop outside the villa so easy to get around alongside the boats that travel to the main attractions all day. Francesca and Donatella are so welcoming and will do everything possible to make your stay like ‘home from home’ and we wouldn’t hesitate recommending staying with them, as we will again. We had a perfect short break at the Villa and hope to be back again soon.

The staff, a mother and daughter team or incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They served a delicious breakfast, and offered us dinner if we wanted. They helped us with transportation around Lake Como, even drove us to the proper ferry. I was very impressed.

Absolutely gorgeous Villa run by the most lovely family! Every room has a beautiful view of the lake. There are only four. The breakfast was served between 8:00 and 10:00, waiting with coffee and fresh juice! The water taxi is nearby to take you anywhere on the lake. We highly recommend👍 So grateful to have found Villa Costanza!

Absolutely stunning hotel, the balcony & views were amazing. Francesca was the most lovely host, driving us into town, booking restaurants and giving excellent advice. Breakfast was delicious too. Cannot fault this place, highly recommended.

Like: Donatella's hospitality and exceptional culinary skills, Francesca's help in modifying our itinerary and providing knowledge of the region, the Villa itself, stunning views of Lake Como Dislike: Nothing comes to mind We are looking forward to a future stay with friends and family.

The mom and daughter who manage the villa were so welcoming, nice and helpful. The views are just amazing from this villa. The only issue is transportation. There is a bus stop right in front of the property but it was either a no show or late by 20-25min. The transportation to other villages by taxi are very expensive. The ferry that stops right by the villa is the slow one hence to get the fast ferry you need to go to como city center. If you have a car then this villa is a perfect place to stay. There are no easy walking distance restaurants reachable specially if it’s rainy. Other than the transportation issue everything else was nice about this place considering it’s not a hotel and it’s run by the villa managers/owners.

Donatella and Francesca were absolutely perfect hosts. We were made to feel comfortable and welcomed every moment of our stay. Their meals and wine pairings were memorable. One of our best stays ever.
