This place should not even be up and running should be condemned!!! Roaches !!! Bed bugs !! Disgusting!

I am going to dispute the charges to my credit card I did not stay there because there was roaches,the whole cover to the heating hnit was ripped off and filled with bugs,once the door was open to the room it would not close again,there was no working lights to the room,and they wont give me my money back.I have the pics of everything.

We didn’t get to stay because front desk didn’t want to do her job.

Front desk Couldn’t find our reservation. I asked the lady if they had a better call back number. Becausw I called and the phone just rang and rang. She said y’all need to call booking. We called booking they reached out via phone to property. No answer. Booking reached out via email. I called my employee there asked the lady to check the email. She said I can’t access the email. I said ma’am can you call a manager or can I reach out to the manager. She said no. I said why? What do you do for these kinds of issues. She said booking will refund you. I said my guys are tired can’t you just call the manager. Again no and I don’t wanna talk to you anymore take the phone. Once I’m talking to the employee. She’s talking to my other employee saying because of her all this she’s the reason. And I got upset and said all what? Ya racist or lazy?! Cause there ain’t no reason not to so your job. My employees walked away. Then a manager who hadn’t been available all this time suddenly walked out and asked them to leave. Which we were already doing. Customer service is not hard but if that’s the case you shouldn’t be working with people.

I didn’t like anything I was switched 3 times they had bad roachs all over the pillows

It looks bad and smell bad also don’t book here it’s dirty..

The lobby was beautiful but that is it

The room i was given the day I had to check in before my reservation was able to be checked in under they gave me a room that wasnt even clean and smelled but nothing but mold and sickness the beds wernt made there was garbage in the trash cans the toilet and bathroom waa disgusting the microwave was peeling and falling apart on the inside everytime qe opened a drawer there was a bug the ac was tore apart and dirty and just smelled we left within 20 minutes and checked out and ove been fighting to get a refund for almost a week now

Everything, It Was Dirty Roaches Was In The Rooms, I Know This Because I Got Switched Between 3 Rooms. TVs Didn’t Work Tubs Were Filthy. My First & Last Time At This Property

There was nothing to like about this property poorly managed bad service roaches in the room bed bugs in the bed terrible place

I didn't like nothing about it I hated everything I didn't even stay there
