Dayspring Extended Stay

The room had a no smoking sign on the door, as soon as you walk in the room you can smell the cigarettes. Cockroaches came out at night in the room. There was a conflict with another guest and the staff was very confrontational.

The only good thing about this place is the manager

I booked a simple regular room and that was my biggest mistake I guess the room was supposed to be an non smoker room and the carpet, bed, furniture and walls have the brown smoke stains and wen I brought it up to the staff they say that they couldn't do nothing about it the AC smelled like something dyed inside of it and they say wen we get a room open we will switch you and that never happen so the worst 2 week I have ever had in a hotel and I have pictures of everything im saying if I could I would share them because for some reason I can see all the other pictures except the ones for the room.... My advice to anyone that is looking to booked room tell them to show you the room before you sign anything

horrible! crackhead roach infested hotel

towels brown even after having to beg to switch rooms. Hotel in pictures is front hotel is not hotel that reservation is made for. front desk would not refund my money or give me owner contact info and kept stating he will return monday. worse hotel ever!!!!

This place is roach infested. The ceiling was busted in the bathroom with a active leak and mold.

Pricing was reasonable.

The room looked nothing like advertised. My door was wide open when I got there. No towels or toilet paper, had to request it. The sheets had blood looking stains on them. A lot of questionable activity going on outside. It did not feel like a safe place. We left before the night was over.
