It was very disappointing the rooms are very disgusting dirty The bears look like they came from off the street had pee, stains juice things dirt things bedbugs

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!

First room tv didn't work, went to front desk was basically told yeah it happens but they will move me, but if something is is wrong with this new room too bad?That's all they have got in the second room.The bed is broken , no pillows , no sheets , just a comforter on the bed, there's roaches in the bathtub.There's a hole in the ceiling.The air conditioning doesn't work the outlets in the room.Don't work.Can't charge any of my phones.There's no toilet paper , there's one towel. Bathtubs disgustingThe bathroom ceilings about to cave in still no outlets that work seen too many roaches, no covers on the lamps, fridge and microwave don't work, room smells horrible.This hotel needs to be demolished.Its probably cleaner to sleep outside.

Your staff was brash and abrasive.they were rude, unknowledgeable about property and took me to 6 filthy rooms. Your staff was not helpful, nor were they helpful, I would not recommend because of your staff as long as this staff is representative of you and your establishment, it will continue to be low ratings, and quality of guest willing to stay, it's easier to go to west wendover and pay for quality customer service
