Children aged 17 years and below are not allowed to use the hot tub. The Overleaf Lodge and Spa adds USD 1 per night to each guest's bill. This dollar is donated to support Cape Perpetua Marine Reserve. Guests are welcome to opt out of this donation at arrival. Please speak with front desk staff. The Overleaf Day Spa is closed from February 21, 2026 to March 7, 2026. During this period the steam rooms, saunas, hot tub and warm soaking hot tub will be closed. Messages and facials may have limited availability.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Breakfast was really good, and the location right on the coast was lovely, lots of interesting walks right out the door to the sea. Really enjoyed the spa, that was a highlight..

Our room had a funny smell to it...

"Quiet, comfortable and romantic"

We had an amazing two night stay. We had fun walking around by the water. We also went into Yachats to shop and eat at the Drift Inn and that was excellent. The hotel has an excellent spa and I had an amazing massage there. They have a nice gift shop and sell wine. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was not good, bad, in fact, if you want a hot breakfast. The fruit and toast was fine. You’re better off going to the Drift Inn if you want something hot.

The hotel felt more like a luxury resort. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the lobby. The room was updated and larger than expected. The view from our patio was spectacular!
