Dear El Dorado Hotel & Spa Team, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for an absolutely outstanding stay at your Santa Fe property. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The hotel itself is beautiful elegant, inviting, and perfectly reflective of the Santa Fe atmosphere. Every space felt thoughtfully designed and impeccably maintained, making our stay both comfortable and memorable. What truly set our experience apart, however, was the staff. Each team member we encountered was amazing helpful, personable, and genuinely kind. It was clear that customer care is a top priority, and that level of service made us feel valued and at home throughout our visit. We loved our time at the El Dorado so much that we genuinely didn’t want to leave. It was one of those stays that leaves a lasting impression and makes you immediately start planning a return visit. The rooms were dated.

Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia en el Hotel El Dorado. Todo el staff fue muy amable y atento; en especial Daniel, quien nos ayudó a resolver un special request y estuvo siempre dispuesto a apoyar. El equipo de recepción también fue muy atento en todo momento. La habitación estaba preciosa y la chimenea funcional le da un toque muy especial y acogedor. Se nota que el hotel fue remodelado y la verdad es que lo hicieron con muy buen gusto, cuidando mucho los detalles. La ubicación es excelente: puedes llegar caminando al centro, a muy buenos restaurantes y tiendas, lo cual hace la estancia todavía más cómoda. Sin duda es un lugar al que regresaríamos y que recomendamos ampliamente.

Como único punto a mejorar, las camas no nos parecieron tan cómodas ni amplias. Fuera de eso, la experiencia fue muy buena y sin duda regresaríamos.

Curtain broken, wouldn't close completely, outlets and charging ports only on one side of the bed, cold hard floors, no carpet or rugs, no floor mat in bathroom, no exhaust fan in bathroom, TV switched to hotel promo in the middle of a movie, we paid for valet service but had to go to basement parking lot to get our car, restaurant staff was not well trained, food was ok but not high quality, all in all a very disappointing experience, definitely not a $1000 for two day experience!

Location is outstanding. Staff very helpful.

A couple of minor maintenance items in one of our rooms need attention.

Stayed for our Honeymoon. The room was perfect! We asked for wine and a charcuterie board, which they obliged for no extra cost. Gave us the room we wanted with a balcony and view. 100/100. We can't wait to come back and stay again!
