Quality Inn Kissimmee West - Lake Buena Vista South

This was my second stay. During first stay things were okay wherein I stayed for 2 nights. Room and property was average. it’s close to Disney and I was going to stay only for sleep so wasn’t bothered much about the property. Hence I booked the second stay which was for three nights. This time, I checked out after one night, early in the morning because I found a cockroach in my room (a small one). After that I was paranoid of my stuff getting infected. My body was itching till noon, I got some rashes as well, I found another tiny bug in my jeans while I was in Disney, don’t know if it was from hotel or it fell from some tree. I had left the room immediately and asked for a refund. I am waiting to hear from the hotel, hope they will refund for last two nights. I wouldn’t recommend going to this hotel.

Great experience

Roaches as soon as I got into the room , the shower didn't drain at all and the towels had black mold all over them

Clear safe very good

1) washroom door not closing 2) toilet flush broken. 3) toilet flush handle broken 4)bathroom exhaust fan making squeaky big noise not functional. 5) shower head not working properly. Not spraying properly. 6) no filter on wash basin and water goes all over the place. Need major work . Quality way below average.

We needed a place to stay after Disney because my husband and I didnt want to drive home at night. This place was as expected for the price. The bed was comfy and the sheets were clean. Obviously the room, furnishings, etc could use an update but we only paid around $80 so it was fair for what we paid. They had free breakfast which was waffles, coffee, and juice. The tv didn’t work in our room which sucked. But aside from that, fair value for the affordable price.
