Staff was friendly. Room was nice & clean. Very close to places we wanted to visit.

The bed was uncomfortable & couldn't keep the covers on the bed.

Looks like it was recently renovated, and the furnishings have been upgraded. The pool looked great but we couldn't find time to swim. The staff is very professional and friendly. The breakfast offered is fresh and simple. All in all It's a very nice little hotel.

The floors are too thin. You can hear the footsteps for the rooms above.

When we raised our issues on day of Check Out manager was willing to listen to our class cerns

My family and I traveled for the weekend. I have a sick child so we traveled with her to take her to mystic aquarium. However we were woken up to a fire alarm having us scramble in the morning to go outside and stand in the rain. Until we were told to go back inside. They said a toaster went on fire. We go upstairs to try and get breakfast and all other toaster we disconnected people were complaining so we ended up not eating breakfast and went to a diner. Second and last morning we were woken up at 4 am to a horrible alarm in the room next door would not shut off we called the front desk they did nothing.My husband had to get out of bed and walk around the building to see where the alarm came from and it was the room next door. Quiet hours are from 10-7am well we got no rest at all. For us to get startled and woken up in that manner to nights in a row was not what l expected let alone traveling with a sick child. So we ended up checking out and having breakfast somewhere else. Overall we were not comfortable and did not get rest.

Great location and lots of green space so my dog could use the bathroom and play ball

The room had this horrific smell we couldn’t even sleep and there was no one there to check us in I had to call the phone about 10 times for someone to show up after waiting there for 20 minutes so there was no one to change the room even we couldn’t even sleep had to sleep with a sweatshirt over my nose

Das ganze Hotel ist abgenutzt. Im Flur stinkt es. Teppichböden sind veraltet. Internet ist schlecht. Das Frühstück besteht nur aus billigem Bagel mit Streichkäse. Insgesamt ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen und viel zu teuer.
