The location was fine.

Horrible, full of preteen kids and dogs who ran around and made noise all day and night long. The walls had the thickness of paper so you heard Everything. Complaints were met with complete disinterest from the staff. Considering it was over 300 a night i expected some people to care and tell the kids to shut up. They did not. The kids swarmed breakfast daily and the 1 woman working struggled to keep things full, so we barely had anything to eat most mornings too.

I liked the fact that it was only 20 minutes from foxwoods.

The room attached/accessible to my room housed very inconsiderate, foul mouthed, screaming from the top of their lungs at 3am/4am in the morning customers.. The female and the male occupants were arguing with each other as if it wasn't well within quiet hours . My daughter and I called the front desk to report the brawl and the person who answered the phone asked me what was the room number? I told him I don't know but it's connected to my room. He asked me to go out into the hall and take a look. I declined, I did not feel safe! This will be my 1st and only time booking a room here. I know it's New Year's Eve, but that behavior was atrocious. I felt so unsafe, never ever again.

The pet fee was not advertised upon booking and is too high. The booking was not the bargain I had initially thought I was getting/looking for.

Excellent stay. Very clean and spacious rooms with all the amenities present. Only microwave was not present in the room but it was present in breakfast area which can be used by guest at any time. Staff were also very nice.
