"It was located close to our son’s dorm room but not worth the money considering it was dirty."

The location was close to our son’s dorm so very convenient.

The pull out sofa bed was so dirty with stains and food crumbs like it has never been fully cleaned. The tile floors in the room were sticky. When we brought it up to the manager he acted like since we were not Hilton members our opinion didn’t matter. Was told since we booked thru booking.com he couldn’t do anything. We felt very dismissed on the issue since we were not Hilton members.

I had previously written a bad review on this property a few months ago regarding its quick decline of cleanliness and horrible breakfast. I was forced to stay there again due to no vacancy at other hotels. They must read their reviews because they did a total 180. It was clean and breakfast was 500% better. Doesn’t happen often but they won me and my company’s business back. Keep it up!
