The entire staff was nice. The fact that i have pets and i didnt feel uncomfortable if they barked. The outside sitting accomodations for pool were so nice. the breakfast amazing.

parking was tight, better lighting in the back of hotel. but it wasn't horrible.

Nice place to stay while on the road....

A new entrance sign would help find the way to get to the building.

Hotel is very clean. Breakfast was great every morning. Staff is very polite and accommodating

Our biggest concern was visibly, very dirty sheets on the pullout bed when we went to get our kids settled in. Brought photos down to the front desk and she replied “that’s weird” and got us fresh sheets. I would have appreciated at least feigned outrage or some semblance of an apology to find a dirty bed at the end of a long day.

Key reader wouldn't work the second day we were there. Had to have the manager come and replace batteries. I feel like that should be something that is checked regularly and replaced before they die so that there is not an inconvenience to the guests when they are at the property. There were dishes to use in the kitchenet but there was nothing to clean them with either in the sink (dish soap) or in the dishwasher (detergent).

Excellent stay

We stopped by this hotel during a road trip. The room looked very nice as this is a fairly new property. We were upgraded to a suite as Lifetime Diamond which was also appreciated particularly since this brand (Home2) technically is not required to upgrade if they don't want to, unlike higher level brands. The kitchen did not have a cooktop but one was available at reception upon demand. Based on what I saw, the only weak point of the hotel was that the bed was too small. In the hotel's defense, it was not a surprise: I booked a queen bed and I received a queen bed. The issue is mostly that the room was quite spacious so I am not even sure why the hotel thought it was necessary to put a queen bed in this room? A king bed like most hotels would be more suitable. Anyway it's an easy problem to avoid because someone could simply pay a bit more for a king room to avoid this issue, if they happened to care. It seems many guests do care since king rooms were fully booked during our stay. Despite this small issue, overall I would not hesitate to return and I can recommend this hotel.

The location was close to the university and the check-in staff was nice.

First off there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher in our room. Secondly was going to make the pull out sofa for my daughter and first there was a dirty sheet left on it, then I looked for clean sheets and the top dirty sheet was left in the drawer with the pillows and no blanket. I had to take those out to the front desk, also dog fur all over the couch cushions. Third, missing towels and wash clothes and fan did not work in the bathroom. Fourth, suppossed to be soundproof rooms and they were not, could hear every door and every chair they were moving at the front area from 5 oclock a.m on. Definatley will not be staying here on our future trips to visit our child at college. Not worth the money we spent! Thank goodness I had lsyol in my car!
