Days Inn by Wyndham Brownsville

There were no locks on our window and the management knew and joked about when I asked for a different room, telling me that it’s safe why do you need locks. I instantly felt unsafe and asked for my money back.

The management of this dump need to get on some of their staff's butts. The place is far from clean. Some of yhe dirt isn't just missed it today. Behind the toilet wss loaded with dirt and hair. 🤮 I doubt it will will get cleaned. The only excuse for this pig pen is lazy people pretending that they managers.

nothing really unique. was not dirty. only one ice machine which was a little for from the room for me.

The hotel and amenities are fine. The hotel is neat and clean. Located conveniently right off 40. The hostess that checked us in was very unfriendly and unhelpful. I’ve been a Wyndham rewards member for years. The host always gets my information and files my rewards for me when I check in. It usually takes all of two minutes. This hostess refused. I asked her twice and she told me I’d have to go on line and do it myself. Very rude. She offered no helpful information like where my room was ,restaurants ,WiFi login morning coffee. Just tossed me my room key. There’s plenty of places to stay around here. I’d try a different place. I won’t be back.

Quiet and easy to get to.

I’m giving this place 5 stars for value! Price was under $80.00. Total! ( 1/2 a block away was $120.00 plus tax) Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, and Ac/heat was quietly efficient , direct tv had many channels. I was pleasantly impressed.

We had a nice stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the employees friendly.

Very clean and quiet. Bed was comforrable. Definetly will stay again
