First time staying here nice room for what they do offer would come back again

No breakfast. Close to the freeway in case I needed to leave.

The receptionist that evening was too talkative and asking a lot of personal questions and interfering his personal services that are non related to my stay. The area felt a bit unsafe due to the type of individuals that stays there. One of the most uncomfortable hotel stays in my memory. I barely slept for 2 days, but hotel was already paid for so I just let time passed.

A roof over my head, that's it!

Though I cleaned before bringing my stuff and family in, this place was filthy! The amount of grime I got off PHONE, TV REMOTE off the counters toilet shower and floors is FOUL. ROOMS SHOULD BE CLEANED THOROUGHLY AND SANITIZED LASTLY INSPECTED BEFORE RENTING. We paid a lot of money I believe we deserve our money back. I had to clean and sanitize the leftover filth myself! The outside area is unclean, the landscaping is unkept, the amount of drugs you can smell is worthy of a call to the Police department, as well as threats of violence being shouted all hours of the night by thugs at one another. The Indian people at the front desk are VERY UNEDUCATED, they do NOT KNOW ANYTHING BUT how to collect money. It's pretty pathetic. There's more the white cover on the bed was only turned over NOT changed prior to our stay. Which is disgusting. Lastly though there's more, the thick black hair embedded in our sheets AND TOWELS WAS A HUGE RED FLAG. We were tired and it was late, we stripped the bed and used our Own towels and bedding! I do NOT recommend this dirty place to stay, it's not fit for pets

Gross gross gross! This hotel is gross, I hope I made that clear. I let my husband book the hotel and once inside I was like “babe did you not read the reviews? He said, the pictures were nice” The room: the fridge is rusted, turned off , stinks, and gross inside. Never been cleaned. Bathroom, everything in it was dirty., crap inside the toilet , shower had yellow stains and dust and dirt. Towels were old and discolored. Beds, were dirty I always bring my own pillow case so that helped survive the night. Yeah I still stayed because no refunds and needed somewhere to stay. But will not be coming back. Floors had hair and dirt and dust everywhere. Night stand had stains and dust. Thank goodness I had wipes to clean the surfaces we used which was the table and chair in the room and the night stain. Outside it didn’t seem safe there was men walking around and some weird ppl just hanging out. There was a parked school bus in the back with ship containers which I’ve never seen before in a hotel parking lot. I had to remind my husband 4 and above hotel’s even if they are inns. This place needs to clean before take some pride of your work.
