Pool was not in service… green water..the first room we were assigned to had no heater or air condition . The buttons to turn it off or on were broken off. We asked for another room .. we went to office cause room phone away from the Vatican event wasn’t working. A different desk clerk was there, he asked us if we left room in order! We just walked in and out of first room. The second room we were given had no hot water in sink! Shower did. No handles on sink , just stubs to turn water on/off. The door to the drawer at bedside stayed open We kept bumping into it.

Very disappointed with the experience.

Reservation was made April 27 for May 3. It said check in was at 3pm and I had planned on arriving then. Things happened and we did not arrive until 10pm, which was fine. But upon arrival, the associate at the desk said they were over booked and it would be a 30 minutes wait until a room was cleaned for us. He then proceeded to a room with another associate, without anything in hand to get the room ready when he had stayed it needed to be cleaned. When asked if that was going to be our room he said yes and I asked how was he cleaning it if he had nothing no clean sheets, clean towels or anything he then said we just needed to check it had everything it needed. It was very unacceptable having us wait 30 minutes at that time of day and nothing extra was done in the room. The room was unacceptable, carpet had stains, shower tiles looked to be removed and then put back but not done right, toilet didn't flush properly, tv remote was missing battery cover. Also when booking it said there would be breakfast included and that was never mentioned to us where it was and we never saw it.

Staff is rude banging on the door at 9AM when check out time is at 11AM. Manager unprofessional and provided a guest list for the city police to harass guests. Bed bugs, carpet smells, spiders on edge of bed, water dripping all night from sink, got bit by bed bugs. Breakfast service was old danishes, mandarin and water. Horrible never staying here again.

The location was very nice. Right off the freeway near a few restaurants.

Bait & switch facility. The pictures are outdated & do not represent the actual room quality. Room smelled,carpet was disgusting,furniture broken/ damaged, leaking roof, walls & paint old/damaged, bathroom was of a dirty old gas station. Will never stay there again & will tell anyone to avoid.

Everything is near coffee, shops, restaurants three ways on the side unfortunately this thing is a remodel the heater broke window in the restroom was broken get more security

This property was not good at all. It was a rent by the hour type of hotel by the look and feel. We arrived close to midnight and the rooms lighting was terrible, the room was filthy, even blood on the ceiling. We didn’t notice until the morning when there was natural light coming into the room.

Tv not working properly. Toilets not flushing. Bathroom dirty. Website and office stated breakfast included and no breakfast was provided. Stains on pillow cases. Non refundable reservations so was stuck with room. Disgusting. Will never stay again, nor recommend.

Booked 2 Rooms. Rooms are spacious , I liked about this for the property. But 1 room has very old appliances, the bathroom basin had visible signs of wear, and the coating was peeling off, making it look quite dated. and other issues related to water clogging on Bathtub. Other room was okay. When Booked through Expedia.com, the property showed Breakfast Included, that was one of the reason for selecting the property, but there was no Breakfast. Hotel Management was impolite and mentioned its not our problem that Expedia still show Breakfast Included. Overall I felt the service could be improved.
