Good location, clean and nice apartment

For some easy-washing stains they stole the entire 500 PLN deposit we made for only 2 days, also pretending to scam by an additional request of money!!! To avoid absolutely, unprofessional and ridiculous.

Die Abholung der Schlüssel war etwas schwierig (Ort und Parksituation), die Anfahrt zum Appartment aufgrund von direkt angrenzenden Baustellen leider ebenfalls. Die Wohnung an sich war schön und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur bei Fragen lief flott und sehr nett. Lediglich die Nachbarn (normale Mieter) haben einen sehr kleinen Hund, der tagsüber allein bleibt und permanent kläfft und quietscht, also eine kurze Ruhepause tagsüber vom Touriprogramm ist kaum möglich. Die Lage ist okay, in 10 bis 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt.

Check in process: take keys at one place and 10 mins walk with luggage to the building. Quite chilly, increasing heating to max did not help.

Very good location, easy walking distance to old town, close to buses and trams. Very nice apartment with views along the river.

the fact that reception is actually very far from apartment. like really far. if you hold a luggage or small kids it will turn to an absolute disaster.

Well laid out apartment with very nice (and well stocked) kitchen with table, a big bathroom and walk in cupboard. Space was not an issue in this apartment. Location wise it was 10min from Wroclaw square and 3min from tram line. Convenience store in the corner for most basic needs. Overall very happy.

Slight odor from the bathroom so keep door closed. Pillows where super flat for my taste so ended up sleeping on couch cushions :)

Size is alright Good location, although a lot of construction sites

Leaking toilet. Very expensive parking. A guy showed up in the middle of our stay and just opened the appartment with his key and entered, because he confused something. No apology from the management. Water supply was cut off for 12 hour (no water at all!). Management didn’t warn us, didn’t even acknowledge that, didn’t apologize. Tried to request ridiculous charges ON TOP of the deposit for the stain on the couch. Tried to charge my credit card WITHOUT my consent an hour after we checked out and without explaining what it was. Management is rude and unprofessional.
