Best Western Cocoa Beach - Port Canaveral

The beds were comfortable and friendly staff.

I had to report someone sleeping in their car right in front of our room. Also, I saw a roach in our room.

Thermostat screen didn’t come on, weren’t able to adjust and it was too warm to sleep comfortably. Toilet was constantly running adding to the sleep deprivation. The shower handle was broken and wouldn’t turn the warm water on, barely lukewarm. Finally when I reported it to the desk associate, she acted disinterested in what I was telling her, did say she would tell maintenance but didn’t write anything down, and no apology or anything. I’m dissatisfied with this hotel, wouldn’t recommend , there are lots of other choices.

Oceanfront suites were fantastic. It was quiet with a great room location, they were able to accommodate a higher floor like requested.

Hi. This is Al in Atlanta and when we took a cruise to the Caribbean, we embarked onto the Oasis of the Seas in Port Canaveral. And so, we stayed at the Best Western right there on the Beach. This property has several buildings - not just one. Our room overlooked the beach and we found it to be very clean and inviting. We were able to walk out of the hotel and down a trail right onto the beach where we enjoyed the ocean AS WELL AS a long pier, which had a great restaurant and gift shop. In the morning, we walked over to their wonderful breakfast which was a buffet and very filling. This hotel is very cruiser friendly and they allowed us to park our car at the hotel for the week that we were gone AND they drove us over to the port terminal on the morning of the cruise. If we leave out of Port Canaveral on another cruise in the future, we will definitely stay here. Al

The staff was very helpful and kind to everyone.

The location is absolutely perfect. The building we were placed is wasn’t beachfront but we did have an oceanview suite and the walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes which is super convenient with kids

Breakfast was very good and good selection. The staff was so friendly too.

We requested a low floor when we reserved an ocean front room. When we arrived we were told the lower rooms had carpet cleaning being done and not available, so we had to settle for an ocean view with 2 queen beds instead. Paid more for less of a room.
