Disgusting place

Nothing that place was horrible. The room was dirty, it had low water pressure, stained sheets and the thing of all the room had BED BUGS 🐛 🪲 🐞 🐛 🪲

Ooof. This was NOT a good stay. I can say this was probably the worst place I have ever stayed in my many years of budget travel. And this is my first negative review I’ve ever given. The check in gentleman was polite- he explained the surprise $50 cash room deposit - but my positives end there. COLD- Our 2nd floor room was run down, and there was no heat in the below-freezing winter night. Very thin bed covers. We had to turn on the old AC/heat unit by the window, and wear sweaters to bed until it finally got hot by 4am, and we turned it down. Loud knocking sounds in the bathroom area may have been water heater? BUGS- Saw one dead roach UNDER the COVERS of one bed (!) and 2 more in the bathroom areas. SMELL - the room smelled of mothballs. The sheets had a combo of strong bleach and vaguely fecal smell (!) DIRTY - wiping up a water spill, my towel came back brown. So the floors are not cleaned, I guess. The sink & tub had stains that I wiped away. Bed covers were shockingly dirty. The whole place felt dirty, uncared for, old. We didn’t find the plastic water cups until we were ready to leave in the morning. All we saw were 2 soap packets, no bathmat. TV remote didn’t work, but we were able to use buttons on the side of the screen. With the condition of the room, I am shocked that they charged $125/room $50 cash deposit (which we had to wait for them to inspect the room before it was refunded). I blame the owners, who appear to be slumlords.

So dirty I didn't want to.shower, sheets and covers are all stained wind blowing through the door, I don't even take my clothes off and get in the bed. Walking around in my shoes, oh and the bugs in the bathroom

1st room assigned smelled very smoky.2nd room was better, but only a sheet and light cover on bed (cover had burn holes and stains), no doorknob on inside of bathroom door, no trash can at all.

They took my money and was rude and disrespectful as all can get and it was dirty with cockroachs and had crack heads outside scaring my kids and wife asking for money to get crack or meth never will I try and stay there again it was the worst hotel I ever tried to get into ever and if I don't get my money back i will be taking you guys all to court because thats not even the name of the hotel and we had to stay in the cold with our kids till we could borrow money from someone to get another hotel room and now we are all sick with 2 hospital visit now. So it would be in all your guys best interests to really read this and take care of it before it goes all to court. Have a nice one.

Maintenance man was nice

The room was dirty linen was stained a chair in the room was dirty had a slash mark in it the headboard on the bed had shoe prints on it the wall where the sink was looked like a shoe print on it tub was old and dirty the shower spout had toilet paper around it. The tv didn’t work. Walking into the receptionist desk the guy started out rude then changed when he seen I already paid online. I only went to stay because I drove two hours away for the notre dame game needless to say I was in the room for ten minutes decided I was not staying drive two hours back home.

It was the worst experience in my life.

Found a cockroach as soon as we walked in the room
