"Lovely modern apartment but room for improvement"

Apartment was modern clean

Slightly ill equipped. No airer / line and a bad smell from drains. Apartment was not ready at check in time and we weren’t calls when it was ready, we had to chase. Staff were not the best at reception everything was too much trouble. Stated we had t left at check out time when we had and we were in the car park, what they meant was they didn’t have the key back. Only one key is difficult with an adult family. Driving to apartment on last road a bit dangerous due to building work on going cranes swinging there are no visible safety measures in place for people coming close to the building work
