Nothing,it was dirty, the people above us were so loud all night could not rest. The bed was worse than sleeping on the floor. The towels had hair on them the TV did not work properly,it was so scattered.

Nothing,it was dirty, the people above us were so loud all night could not rest. The bed was worse than sleeping on the floor. The towels had hair on them the TV did not work properly,it was so scattered. The staff were unreliable and did not have customer care skills that they needed for the job they were doing. No one answered the phone in the middle of the night when needing a new room or to say something to the people above us. They stomped and yelled all night until we left at 11am. We were so disappointed and they staff did not care. I believe we should have gotten our money back. Very unhappy with the staff and the stay.
