It was a good place to stay

It's close to the springs and price is low

Dirty sheets, no housekeeping on staff for towels, beer cap on floors, mold on curtains, beds worn down, holes in walls hidden with curtains and night stands.

The room was very clean, the maintenance is kept in great conditions, affordable pricing for sure!! Close to food for a quick bite.

The walls are a little thin but as long as you don't have a loud noisy neighbor then your good.

The location is near many Springs & the highway

The room was a non-smoking room & smelled like cigarettes. There was mold in the bathroom & on the furniture (lamp and sofa chair). There was cigarette stains on the chairs & it stained my clothes. There was a huge crack on the sink & the tub was dirty. The photos of the hotel need to be updated.

Pool was Green and full of garbage, room had Roaches. Smoke was so bad as you couldn't breath like someone had been in there Smokeing just before and we didn't check in til late, TV Remote didn't work so you couldn't change channels. Light not working in bathroom.

It was the worse motel but they finally gave us another room after we complained a lot and Light didn't work in the bathroom and the tub was chipped and old.

The bed linens and towels didn't seem to have a very pleasant smell.
