The friendliness of the staff

Could use standard "Do Not Disturb" hangers. Second day I was there when housekeeping showed up and the first time they knocked they didn't announce who it was. Electric outlets were loose when plugging thing in. Bed sank down in the middle

Floors were sticky, table was sticky, weatherstrip was coming off the door and beds were lousy. TV remote didn't work and the "breakfast" was crappy.

We were not given blankets. We were told housekeeper was gone for the night for blankets. There was a small roach crawling on the bathtub. We asked for more towels and was told no at first, but this nice gentleman brought us some, but one had black stains on it.

Positives: the bed was comfortable and the tv worked. The bathroom needed a thorough cleaning. The shower curtain had mildew along the bottom, the shower and floor tile were dirty, there was no stopper for either the sink or the tub, and the sink was stained. The key card would not work. The front desk guy reset the card but the door was stuck. My son had to slam into the door with his shoulder for it to open. This happened twice. There were no chairs or tables, or a trash can, around the pool which had not been skimmed. At checkin, the desk clerk never greeted me, she just looked up at me and waited for me to speak. There was a gentleman in the background watching tv that had to show her how to find my reservation.

Only 15 mins from the stadium . Uber was only $50 for 5 on game day driving 15 miles and the same after the game so that was good. Food restaurants around and gas stations as well

Out dated and their was only sheets to cover with .

HOUSEKEEPING OPENED MY DOOR AND ENTERED MY ROOM WHILE SLEEPING I WORK NIGHTS. EVEN WITH A DO NOT DISTURB TAG ON THE DOOR.

The Cox TV system did not work, but the Internet was available and high speed so it was a balance for a low in hotel very nice staff, but overall, I would not stay there again
