The staff is 5 star. Kristy should be the CEO or manager! She was so kind and like family to us. Ive never been so comfortable to sit and relax in a hotel lobby before. Very cozy and quite. Breakfast was always good as well.

We enjoyed our balcony and all the wildlife ...grey herring, geese, ducks, groundhog, red birds, blue jays, etc. The beds were medium firm and comfortable. The staff works hard to keep things clean. Our room needed the toilet seat replaced or tightened (226). I would also clean the closet doors better. Lots of hand prints on the one with the fridge. It was a great experience. I hoped for bacon but they only do it on Wed. But breakfast was good

Peaceful, pretty, esthetically pleasing. Nice artwork, homey atmosphere with fireplace and comfy seating, William Morris themed pillows were nice touch.

Outdated carpet in the room, chair cover wasn’t very clean-looking, needs a little tlc in the room decor-wise.
