The staff is really nice and helpful. The rooms are pretty good for the prices and nicely cleaned. Anytime I need a place to sleep I’ve always came here. Affordable, Nice, not far from food or downtown! I’d recommend staying here if you’re looking for a nice hotel for a good price.

I was here for a few nights during GenCon '24 when a lot of places were full, so unfortunately a bit far out of town to get Lyfts in. Not a high standard but as I was out all day it was just a crash pad. A bit of a walk to get to anything but there were a few takeaway places down the road and a Dollar store. Nice enough guys running it. They did/do not have daily room servicing. Not sure if I would stay there again. Besides a stain on the sheets that I tried to pretend wasn't there, it wasn't too bad overall!

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Everything - air conditioner, fridge, microwave, TV, hot water, etc. - worked perfectly. Parking space was plentiful and convenient. The office staff was friendly and helpful.

Don't expect any frills beyond the amenities I mentioned. This is not a luxury hotel; it's more like a motel, with outdoor access to a compact room with a parking space right next to your door. It is as clean and comfortable as any motel I've ever stayed in. If you just want a clean, quiet place to rest with the most basic conveniences in working order, this is for you.
