The staff at this place is rude as can be if you stay here I recommend making sure you check out as early as possible because they require $100 deposit to the point where if you're even a minute late after check out they don't return it which is just crazy to me I just stayed there not only was I just 6 minutes late for check out they kept my deposit the staff was rudest to be they literally just threw me out will never recommend this place

The price was what I initially liked but after getting in the room, it was over priced.

I always ask for non smoking and this room was heavily smoked in. The bedding was terribly smoked in and even the pillows smelled of smoke. Another issue was the door either didn't have a seal or was so crooked that it wouldn't seal.

The worst experience! When I check in the person in front desk was polite but then we went to the room , I started to notice that there’s a lot of people living there, a lot of people staring at us, making me feel uncomfortable then when I got to the room the door was open everything was dirty and smelling like cigarettes when it was smoke free , call to report and no help ,right away I check out,they told me they can refund me anything till the manager approved it! Like are you serious! I didn’t even stay for 30 min till this day I’m waiting for the response!

"Don’t go here please go to another Red Roof"

Nothing about it I would say I like

Bed sheets had stains on them bath tub was dirty floors look like it was coming apart. Cable services they have HBO showtime all in Spanish which was unpleasant. Their pet policy was UNREASONABLE I had a dog in a cage and their policy stated I can’t leave my dog unattended and customer service was poor. I would not invest in spending anymore money with this place. Please choose another Red Roof.
