Breakfast was okay, even if the orange juice machine was out of use for a week.

Rats in the room, Roaches, hole in the bed sheets. Hot water was out of use for 3 days during a cold weather. Room smelled smoke when I arrived.

I didn't like anything about it. We had a rat in our room. And the customer service was horrible when I finally was able to find someone to talk to
