AEThe receptionist called Isra was very helpful. He is outstanding. He was assisting me to find a better room and had to change to 3 different rooms as all so dirty and lots of insects. Although the manager was there and I had told him about being stuck in the lift, he wasn't apologizing in the first place and instead blamed the other company who was looking after the lift. The manager Gandi later apologized but doesn't change the fact I was nervous and shivering while explaining the situation to him.
Stucked in the lift for half an hour, pressing emergency calls no one attending. The room was dirty and smokey, far from the pictures in your web. Not coming back definitely!
