USGood downtown location. Rooms remodeled which was nice. Beds were comfortable until we were covered in bed bugs by morning. Staff was understanding, and took care of our situation. I hope this was just a fluke.
We had bedbugs, so please check your beds and be careful.
USI enjoyed the room, it was quaint and fine.
The Internet didn’t work the entire time. When you’re in a small town with not a lot to do, and there with kids, it’s nice to at least have the Internet working for when we go back to our room.

Hard to get with the hotel manager and some confusion with the room. Unable to get room cleaned , staff did not clean room or provide fresh linens when needed.
