This place needs a complete makeover in and out. I can not recommend this place to anyone. We had a 1st floor room, and we had to listen to people tramping up and down stairs all night. Also, guys outside our bedroom windows after dark, listening to music and I think cooking BBQ. Maybe they should book the pipeline guys in all the downstairs rooms and the rest of us in the upstairs. The woman at reception was so grumpy from the getgo. I had texted days prior to arrival to request a 1:00 pm checkin. When I arrived to check in, her reaction was a very grumpy; IS IT 3:00 YET???? UGH!!! I would have canceled right then and there, but I booked 2 nights and would have lost my $. I think booking.com needs to consider dropping this listing.
