"Comfortable stay"

The hotel was very clean. The room was very nice. The bed was firm. The pool and hot tub were clean. Overall our trip was very comfortable.

The carpets were very dirty and musty smelling. We found dead bed bugs between the sheets!! The breakfast was nasty and the coffee was seriously like mud and bitter!! I heard other people complaining also!

The stay overall was good. Very friendly staff. No air conditioning in the halls, lobby or breakfast area made it stuffy and warm. Room was clean but stains on the bedspread. Should have been replaced.

"Probably won’t stay there again when I am in the area."

Sorry, I combined my commentary. Thus contains both my +/- comments: The property seemed decent and the person on staff when I checked in was very pleasant. My issue was that I left the cord for my i-phone plugged in by the light next to the bed. I understand that I am the one who left it, but I reported it and housekeeping “claimed” they never found it. Someone there, obviously did!!! So I guess, beware, if you accidentally forget something, you’ll never see it again. My only other comment concerns the odor of skunk that was noticed on the property. Obviously, someone (probably a guest) was smoking pot somewhere in the facility, which was against property policy. Hopefully, it was a one-time occurrence, otherwise management needs to enforce their policy better as this would be offensive to many travelers.!

"Good stay. Good value"

It was definitely a bit worn, but it was still comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The service was excellent as well. Friendly person checking us in, and the person helping with breakfast was exceptional. Extremely friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

"Not Handicapped Friendly Poor Security"

Facility does not have an elevator and wanted to split up our family to accommodate the Father with ground floor room Unacceptable The back entry was broken and guest security was compromised I will no longer stay at a Choice Hotel following this trip. the room with the women and daughter did not have a locking device on the door and guest security was compromised
