The staff that greeted us was great. We had an ordeal with the hotel that we booked being closed due to a fire, so this was last minute.

The room had some cleanliness issues--hair in shower, dusty vent in bathroom, and water spots on the faucet.

The staff were friendly. The room was clean.

The carpet in the hallway had a pretty strong odor and needs to be replaced. Some detailing when cleaning needs addressed with housekeeping.
