It was nice, staff was professional.

Breakfast was a real let down. Coffee was cold, had the last two yogurts, no bagels or no hot food at all.

Very dirty, no lights, room was cluttered

Check-in was fast and efficient. The first room smelled like urine and the A/C was questionable. The front desk staff was accommodating and moved us to another room. The second room had one lamp on the night stand for the entire room. The desk chair was broken so you had to work with your elbows at shoulder level if you sat at the desk. There were vertical lines in the TV. The mini fridge was missing a shelf and so iced up that it was practically useless. The advertised breakfast was nothing more than yogurt, coffee and bread/stale muffins or packaged mini donuts. Overall, terribly dilapidated condition for the entire property.

The air conditioning worked very well.

The bedding had holes in it. First room had no electricity. The door to the second room was VERY difficult to open and close properly.

Room not available when I went to check in. Slept in Loves parking lot. Paid for nothing and am very disappointed.

Our experience was not good. The hotel staff was unable to address needs and concerns and indicated that management had been told of the problems. We were awaken in the middle of the night by someone trying to get into our room by force. It was bad.

Comfortable bed, nice TV, no bed bugs, hot and powerful shower

The whole place was just in need of repair. The safety latch on the door was busted off. The screen was broken with a hole in it. No blanket under the bed spread and only three pillows. Filthy heating/cooling unit. Headboard not attached to the wall and laying behind the bed. Walls patched and not painted. Busted wall hanging lying against the wall. Neither lamps switches worked. We had to plug and unplug one of them, and the other didn't work at all. The toilet ran on, and the bath faucet dripped, which made it hard to sleep. Trash was left under a chair.
