Would never stay here again!!

Dirty room, broken door locks, sketchy area & guests.

Room had not been cleaned. Switched to a different room. That room had a crack pipe in it. Demanded a refund

There were no waffles and no water. The coffee was hot and fine. No hot food unless you made oatmeal.

The room smelled bad and the sheets had cigarette stains on them. There was coffee in the room but no way to make it

The hotel felt like a crackhouse, and was being ran by crack addicts

Everything. The place needs to be demolished.

I liked it had coffee pot ,extra towels. The TV was not working. It stated an issue with satellite. Staff was friendly.

Very convenient location. The manager agreed to refund the cost of one of the two nights of our stay due to extreme inconvenience.

I paid for a king bed, handicap accessible smoking room. I was first given a non-smoking non handicap accessible room, then changed to a smoking, king bed non handicap accessible room with a badly leaking sink. Finally on the 2nd night I was given the correct room, but the toilet seat was dangerously loose because it only had 1 retention screw in it and THAT was loose! Also the primary bathroom light was missing a bulb and not working, making it difficult to see while in the shower. The front desk clerk was new and VERY slow and didn't know how to resolve problems.

The room was not clean it smelled like smoke and we simply could not stay there and we canceled the reservation and left and found another place. Very disappointed

The hotel was rundown and nasty . The sheets in the room had not been changed . I changed the sheets and went to the bathroom and there was a dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower rod and the commode was running my husband took the back off and the stopped in the back that holds the water in was melted . We are pretty sure they were cookin meth in it . The head board was gone and over all it was nasty .The lock was tore off the door . I really will never go back If there had been another romm any where we would have stayed somewhere else

I will not be staying at that location or any other Days Inn, even if it was the last hotel on earth. Staff was helpful and check-in was fine. My key card did not consistently work for the room. It was a continued issue for my two day stay. Most of the time, an employee had to let us in. The door didn't close all the way, it latched locked but there was a1/4" gap near the bottom 1/3 of the door that let in light/breeze/bugs etc. Carpet by the entrance was torn away, the room had a musty/dank smell, cigarette holes in the "comforters", broken lamp, stained carpet, the toilet seat had a loose fastener (kept sliding around if you were sitting, the toilet paper did have a holder, but it was rusty/dirty, fridge did work but one of the shelves had a duct tape railing, shower had a previous soap wrapper left from a previous guest, the sink plunger didn't work and wasn't attached, had to remove it for the sink to drain. I did not advise management of my issues as it wouldn't have done any good. I would have been moved to another room that was likely just as gross. My boys and I did not spend too much time in the room, we really just needed a place to sleep but I wouldn't have paid $20 a night for that room. Extremely disappointed!
