Our stay was lovely. Mr Hai welcomed us with an iced tea and arranged for our room to be prepared early (4 hours before check in) with no extra charge. We were exhausted after a long flight, so it felt like heaven when we walked into a clean, chilled, cosy room. The bed was very comfortable and the property is located 15minutes walking distance from Old Town centre, which was great. We arranged the shuttle service with Mr Hai's help and it was great and better price than Grab. Thank you for making our stay so personal and memorable. We cannot recommend it enough.

Bon emplacement, pas loin de la vieille ville et quartier calme. Les chambres sont très propres et très spacieuses. Tout est mis à disposition. Le prix est très correct. Fyi, le responsable est un amour ! Il est toujours disponible et souhaite vous aider en permanence. Il a de nombreuses recommandations : restaurants, petit-déjeuners, activités,… Il peut également réserver des taxis et des bus pour vos transports.

Our stay at Hai Homestay was simply perfect. The room was extremely comfortable, exceptionally clean, and very quiet. Hai, the host, was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us have a perfect stay: free bicycles, complimentary early check-in, laundry service, and assistance with purchasing train tickets for our onward travel. Exceptional!

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Mr Hai was always on hand to help with things to see and do around Hoi An, restaurant recommendations depending on your preference, onward travel arrangement etc. He also arranged bikes for exploring the countryside around Hoi An. Located just outside the old town on a quiet residential street. All in all a great place to stay. Would highly recommend 😊
