La atención pésima

The pictures do not reflect the stay you will get. The hotel is old and has not been updated in at least 30 years. The hotel& rooms stunk of cigarette smoke. They had not been cleaned and despite multiple requests and promises that housekeeping would come up, my room was never cleaned. The elevator is soooo slow, yiu can go up and down the stairs multiple times before it arrives. While the folks at the desk seemed to be kind, they did nothing to improve my stay. Would not recomend.

When the construction is complete, it will be a really nice walk to the beach. Lots of updates are needed, the pool was really not nice at all and we weren’t able to use it

First of all, to get into the entrance of the hotel, you have to walk through a “through way” on the side of the building, the elevator was ridiculously slow, the patio wasn’t a patio…it felt like a roof, that was shared with the next room, the “so-called” lounge chairs looked like screen doors, the ironing baord didnt even have a cloth on it…it was just gettho. I want my money back….i checked in about 130…I checked back out around 2, so I didn’t even stay a full day

L'hotel è una struttura Art Decò ristrutturata, in eccellente posizione fronte al mare, con possibilità di parcheggio a pagamento(Costi molto bassi rispetto a Miami Beach) Camere ampie con arredo essenziale e frigorifero, molto comodi i letti. La pulizia della camera viene fatta su richiesta, ma è possibile ottenere asciugamani, asciugacapelli e corredo saponi al Front Desk, dove il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. Agli ospiti viene fornito anche un telo per la spiaggia ( il che non guasta). E' possibile mangiare nella birreria incorporata all'Hotel. Zona silenziosa e tranquilla

The Broadmore .. Un hôtel dans son jus !J'espère que les proprios lui referont une beauté car il est bien placé et il le mérite. La déco de l'accueil très sympa devrait être également dans les chambres (en tout cas celle qu'on a eu avec le petit balcon ) Affaire à suivre...

I love this hotel I stay here everytime I visit they are great people

El 90% de lo que pagas es la ubicacion. pero asegurate que la calle no este cerrada para ir a la playa. asegurate que te limpien la habitacion. asegurate que funcione la maquina secadora y que las mucamas no fumen mientras trabajan. La señora Pamela de recepcion un DIEZ.
